HOW TO AC SERVO DRIVER WIRING & PARAMETER SET ON DRIVE

Before start, any projects testing always need for correct connection of your device with the correct power is most important if your wiring connections are wrong may device damage or any kind of injuries occurs. so I help those learners to perform their experiment with correct wiring connection as per the given manual .in this blog post to understand what kind of manual is required for servo connections.

In the given above Image highlighted parts are required manual like Encoder Connection wiring servo motor power and drive sequence inputs terminal also. first check driver & motor required power then connect to the given power terminals.

SERVO MOTOR INPUT POWER

SERVO MOTOR are mainly 4-wire connections reasons for 3-phase power motor for high speed and high torque application. 3-phase power comes with a driver circuit and connects to the motor,3wire are basically three phases L1-L2-L3. The FOURTH wire is used for grounded to the drives and main power also.

ENCODER CONNECTIONS

SERVO MOTOR encoder is a very important role in absolute positioning. without encoder never find where servo last and current positions.so given manual to read encoder wiring connections t6hen wired and connect to your drive. encoder wiring depends upon encoder resolutions vary always brand to brand read manual carefully.
